**Warehouse & Customer Service Assistant - Full Time**
**Location: Worx Racing Components, Tweed Heads NSW**

**Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm**

Worx Racing Components is Australia’s leading brand in personal watercraft performance parts - and we’re on the lookout for a motivated all-rounder to join our crew at our new location in Tweed Heads.

**About the Role**:
This is a hands-on, full-time position combining warehouse duties with customer support. You’ll be part of a small but mighty team, helping us keep the wheels (and watercraft) turning smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Picking and packing daily customer orders with speed and accuracy
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Assembling and packaging product kits
- Providing basic product support and order updates
- Keeping the warehouse organised and clean
- Helping out with other duties as needed - we’re a team-first workplace

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A positive attitude and team spirit
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Solid attention to detail
- Physically fit and capable of manual lifting
- Basic computer skills
- A keen interest in motorsports or performance parts? Not essential but even better

Pay: $46,460.00 - $79,163.59 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
