**About you**:
Our Trainer Assessors possess strong communication and presentation skills coupled with a desire to learn and help grow our training business. You will be self-motivated, a natural problem solver and have strong time management and organisational skills to deliver quality training programs. Also, as we are transferring to digital assessments / online courses being comfortable with digital devices (laptop, iPad, etc) is required.

To be considered for this role, you will:

- Have strong communication, presentation and time management skills
- Be self-motivated and reliable
- Hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or higher)
- Have proven experience in facilitation
- Be comfortable with digital devices (laptop, iPad, etc)
- Desired competencies or equivalent experience must include:

- First Aid
- Advanced First Aid
- CPR / LVR
- Advanced CPR
- Pain Management
- Working At Heights
- Confined Space
