Reporting to the **Retail Business Manager**, the **Internal Sales Representative** (ISR) is accountable for increasing sales of genuine Caterpillar worktools, parts and service solutions to an allocated customer group within the Retail Construction Industry. This dynamic individual will be responsible for ensuring regular telephone contact is maintained with proactive management of the accounts to ensure the continued success of Westrac csutomers within WA.

A diverse range of marketing campaigns aligned with the WesTrac marketing plan, creates a clear opportunity for warm calls that provides the environment for WesTrac to grow market share.

**Location**:Perth Branch, Reid Road - Perth Airport

**Roster**:Monday to Friday Permanent Full Time

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Experience within a sales position, including demonstrated telephone sales experience and understanding of best practice sales methodology
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers on all levels
- Advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office,Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software - highly desirable
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workloads in a high-paced environment
- Well-developed analytical and decision-making abilities with the ability to work well autonomously and within a team
- Align with, and actively demonstrate WesTrac’s values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer focus
