**The Role**
- Ensure the smooth daily operations of a high quality long day care service
- Promote a warm, welcoming and supportive environment for all educators and families within the service
- Oversee and facilitate the curriculum provided within the service and use your sound knowledge and creativity to work towards continuous development and improvement
- Maintain safe and healthy environments for all children and team members
- Ensure all documentation adheres to regulatory standards

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelors of Early Childhood Education and Care (Or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- NESA Accreditation
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Previous experience within a centre director role and maintaining occupancy
- Previous experience going through Assessment and Rating
- Full working rights in Australia
