**About the Opportunity**

Are you a dynamic leader passionate about driving operational excellence in logistics? We’re looking for an **Operations Manager** to lead and inspire warehouse teams, ensuring best-in-class safety, service, efficiency, and cost management.

As a key leader in our state logistics team, you’ll oversee daily operations across our warehouses, building a high-performing team and fostering a culture of safety, engagement, and continuous improvement.

**In this Role**
- Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.
- Drive a safety-first culture, embedding best practices and compliance.
- Optimize workforce planning and resource utilization to meet business objectives.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for better performance and cost control.
- Develop and mentor teams, fostering a workplace where people thrive.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators, ensuring operational targets are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute strategic logistics initiatives.

**You’re Likely a Match If**
- 10+ years of experience in high-volume logistics operations.
- Proven leadership in managing large teams (100+ employees).
- Expertise in safety compliance, warehouse automation, and WMS/TMS systems.
- Strong commercial acumen with budget/P&L ownership experience.
- Outstanding people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
