**We are in urgent need of Experienced Maintenance Officers for short term.**

**Location**:

- **Mosman, NSW 2088**: Monday **(12/08/24) **to Tuesday **(30/08/2024)**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Light maintenance duties
- Contractor allocation and follow-up phone calls
- General maintenance tasks
- Proficiency in using an iPad

**Ideal Applicants Should Have**:

- Police Check
- Handyman experience
- Covid Vaccination
- Excellent English communication skills
- Australia Driver License

**Eligibility Requirement**: You **must** have full working rights (Temporary Resident, Permanent Resident, or Australian Citizen) to be eligible for this position.

Pay: $46.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
- No weekends
