**About The Client**
Our client is a male living with a Spinal Cord Injury. He requires support with personal care, as well as light domestic assistance. Support Workers will be required to have
**experience working with high care needs such as personal care with the use of manual handling equipment and bowel care.**

Person centred care is vital for our clients. Workers will need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach.

In addition to our values, our support staff require
**mandatory compliance**:

- 6-12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- Experience working with clients with high care needs.
- Experience with bowel care, manual evacuation & enemas
- Driver’s License & Car
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Medication Administration Certificate
- Commitment to an ongoing roster of support
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or Police Check & WWCC
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
