Wood is recruiting E&I Supervisors (Offshore) to join our Operations business supporting one of our key client partners on a long-term brownfield Oil & Gas EPCM Contract. With a growing pipeline of offshore work in maintenance, operations and engineering, this is an opportunity to start immediately on an even time 3:3 FIFO roster, working 7 days with 12-hour shifts (day or night). Point of hire is Perth, WA.

**Expected**:
- **Safety Focus**:Deep commitment to HSE principles, with experience in risk management and safety compliance
- **Qualifications**:Relevant trade certification or engineering degree. Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, MSIC) is a requirement
- **Experience**:5+ years in E&I coordination or supervision, with proven experience in offshore oil and gas or energy projects. Familiarity with large
- and small-scale piping installations is essential
- **Technical Skills**:Strong knowledge of structural, mechanical, and piping systems, including installation, maintenance, and inspection processes
- **Leadership**:Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive performance in high-pressure offshore environments
- **Communication**:Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders
**Qualifications & Tickets**:
- Electrical Trade Cert (Cert III/Cert IV)
- BOSIET/T-BOSIET or FOET/T-FOET + CA-EBS - valid within 4 years
- MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card)
- RIIWHS204E Work Safely at Heights - valid within 2 years
- Escape Chute - valid within 4 years (desirable)

Wood’s “Operations” APAC West business delivers brownfields engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, optimisation, and technical services to the Oil & Gas industry and enjoys long-term partnerships with some of the region’s most prominent producers located in Western Australia, Northern Territory and Southeast Asia.
**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Offshore Superintendent, your key focus will be to ensuring safe and efficient execution of Electrical & Instrumentation activities in a fast-paced, high-compliance offshore environment. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the E&I team and its activities, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
In addition, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate E&I Activities: Plan, schedule, and supervise structural, mechanical, and piping tasks, ensuring compliance with project specifications, HSE standards, and quality procedures
- Team Leadership: Lead and support a diverse crew of tradespeople, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment. Project Delivery: Monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of E&I scope, including piping installations for various fluids and gases
- Safety & Quality Assurance: Uphold Wood’s rigorous safety standards, conducting risk assessments and ensuring adherence to quality control processes
