Workday Integrations Consultant

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING** - Partnering with our clients to understand their requirements, and responsible for delivering, then managing Workday Integrations - Support users to insight journeys to ensure the best information is available at users fingertip - Using Workday knowledge and exceptional stakeholder management you will find ways to improve the delivery of information available for business systems via Workday Integrations, including value added improvements - Sharing best practice and leading by example, you will ensure report writers build knowledge and capability to support the ongoing management of Workday Integrations and Reporting analytics - Research and problem solve issues with performance, accessibility and usability - Learn and share best practice along with new advancements in Workday during planned road map release - Define, develop, test and deploy Workday Integrations and Reporting analytics solutions including end to end testing from Unit through to UAT support and sign off - Implementation & Hyper care support for every new integration **Requirements**: **EDUCATION** Bachelors/ Masters degree in related field of Computer Science Workday Integration Certification **EXPERIENCE** Minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday Integrations and a minimum of two end to end deployments of workday HCM solutions Experience working with Human Resource teams, with a deep understanding of HR business processes Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders and collaborate across functional team with enterprise clients Configuration and support experience through backlog management of Workday studio, plus any other modules such as Benefits, Talent, Performance, Compensation/Advanced Compensation Commercial exposure and understanding of consultancy with enterprise organisations utilising the ITIL Framework Proof of experience in how you secure the environment, ensure reliability, data privacy and compliance **SKILLS** Understand customer requirements and business objectives, ability to collaborate across domains and teams Advanced excel capability Data modelling and visualisation Troubleshooting and debugging technical issues in Workday Patience and enabling when training junior members and end users of Workday Adaptable and progressive learner with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences. Able to work independently and work collaboratively in a team environment.
