The Star Entertainment Group is seeking a Campaign Executive to support our Marketing department in delivering data-driven campaigns to the appropriate segmented channels.

Reporting to the Manager of CRM, this is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual who is experienced with data in Loyalty and Customer Relationship Marketing. You will be ensuring effective campaign management by advising marketing functions on the best communication strategies to deploy customer interactions across direct and intermediate channels.

**About your new role**
- Governing the day to day communications calendar and coordinating with property teams to align campaign strategies to the segmentation of STAR Club members.
- Plan, develop and implement various key projects, strategies and initiatives that further drives patronage and membership.
- Closely partner with marketing functions, vendors and external stakeholders on the development and execution of data-driven campaigns via our organic channels.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Strong experience in data-driven marketing and understanding of segmentation
- Background in Loyalty or Customer Relations Marketing (CRM)
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Unica and Salesforce skills preferred
