DESCRIPTION

Key job responsibilities
Oversee and improve performance of all aspects of sortation operations at BWU5 co-located site including but not limited to:

- Leading sort center activities and coordination of staff plans and operating schedules.
- Hiring and developing a strong performing team fostering a culture of safety, customer obsession and engagement.
- Evaluating and implementing process quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Encouraging and strengthening our strong culture of health and safety best practices.
- Contributing to cross-functional projects as needed.
- Writing well-reasoned and data-driven proposals, performing own data analysis as required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
