Drake International are currently looking for a receptionist for one of our clients located in Coomera. The job on offer is a temp to perm position with an immediate start. The current hours are from 8:30am until 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling phone enquiries
- Checking stock and placing orders
- Processing payments on eftpos machine
- Daily invoicing
- Quoting
- Assisting customers in the showroom
- Entering of daily stock into the computer system
- Supporting sales representatives where required
- Serving customers at the front desk and in the show room.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Able to build rapport with a varied range of people
- Ability to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision
- Accurate typing skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Mathematically minded
- Motivated team player
