**Full Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated, caring Receptionist to join our growing dental practice in Upper Coomera with a professional, close team environment.

**Coomera SmileCo Dental **in Upper Coomera has a great team of practitioners and support staff who offer a comprehensive, fully co-ordinated approach to our patients and their treatment requirements. We are focussed on providing convenience to our patients in a relaxed atmosphere and will always go the extra mile to ensure our patients are as comfortable as possible.

The days of work required are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, with the possibility of some evenings during the week and cover for sick leave and annual leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a successful supportive practice.

The Dental Receptionist is an integral part of the team and responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service to our patients and all day-to-day reception requirements for the practice. Successful applicants will be well groomed, ideally have at least 12 months’ reception experience, be great team players, passionate and keen to learn. Please note that while dental experience is preferred it is not essential.

**To truly excel in this role, you will**:

- Be an experienced Receptionist.
- Have attention to detail, be a good listener.
- Have an ability to quickly establish rapport with new and existing patients.
- Always be willing to learn with an interest in ongoing development
- Be friendly, reliable and a team player with a can-do attitude
- Have approval to work on a permanent ongoing basis in Australia

This role would suit someone who is well presented, flexible and has a strong work ethic.
