As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Telecommunications Trainee / Cabler/Installer.

As a Telecommunications Trainee/Contractor Cabler, you will gain hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry. You will work under the guidance of experienced professionals, learning about various aspects of telecommunications operations, systems and technical support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment.
- Learn about telecommunications systems and networks to support daily operations.
- Participate in task planning and execution.
- Support team members in project onsite installation tasks including, site set up and planning, cable preparation and installation.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in the telecommunications industry is ideal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic technical aptitude or interest in technology.
- Computer literacy a strong advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and be able to work unsupervised with a sense of integrity and responsibility.
- Open Cabling Licence preferred.
- White card, First aid / CPR essential
- Working at heights, EWP would be an advantage but not essential
