**The Role**:
We are looking for a **Full-time Manager** for our kiosk in **Westfield Chermside.**

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Business Manager in achieving all business objectives and targets relevant to counter retail
- Assisting the Business Manager in conducting monthly reviews to communicate objectives, set goals and measure progress in addition to daily feedback and monthly team meetings
- Motivating and driving your team to achieve performance targets
- Proactively manage poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues in line with business expectations, utilising the appropriate procedures and support
- Working closely with the Business Manager and the training team to ensure team members can accurately carry out all aspects of their roles and have up-to-date product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Assisting in executing visual displays, merchandising, inventory stocktake, ringing sales, identifying potential loss prevention issues, following safety and emergency procedures, and other tasks as required

**Requirements**
- Qualified Makeup Artist or relevant experience
- Experience in a managing a retail team in luxury beauty
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills, the ability to collaborate and inspire
- Willingness to put in necessary work that is required to fulfil all the needs of the business
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and to adapt
