There’s waterfront locations and then there’s holiday parks so close to the water that there are mere footsteps between you and the lapping water. Ingenia Holidays Lake Macquarie falls squarely into the latter category. To find it, set your sights on the New South Wales North Coast, setting your GPS for Lake Macquarie aka the largest coastal saltwater lagoon in Australia. Prepare for your shoulders to drop as you settle into its peaceful shady surrounds. Spend your days exploring the lake, or up the natural-attraction-ante with walks through the nearby beaches, walking trails and national parks.

**About the Role**

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership and on-the-job training for all housekeeping staff. You will communicate all requirements effectively with the Housekeeping Team to ensure operational requirements of the park are met. This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting the Park Manager with Housekeeping staff roster
- Providing direction and training to Housekeeping staff
- Cleaning cabins, ensuite blocks and amenity areas to a high standard for our guests
- Replacing linen, towels and toiletries
- Keeping storage areas well-stocked, clean and tidy
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to our guests
- Driving the Housekeeping team to deliver first class cleaning standards within a desirable time

**About You**
- Experience in a team leader role
- Practical experience in a cleaning/housekeeping role
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well organised and a strong eye for detail
