The Role

This role will be split across Front Office and Housekeeping, with a bit of Kids Club added to the mix

Your Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Providing a high standard of customer service
  • Processing guest check-ins and outs and general administration duties
  • Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
  • Working with children and assisting in operating the Kids entertainment program
  • Cleaning and preparing guest accommodations and communal areas

What We Look For

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Previous Front Office experience in a customer facing environment
  • Fantastic customer service, particularly interacting with children
  • Proficient computer skills, knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System is desired
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays
  • Current driver's licence essential

This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
