**THE ROLE**

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and dedicated individual to join the team as a **Warehouse Supervisor** on a **p**ermanent full-time **basis. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the primary function of the role is to lead, motivate and support the Warehouse team, including team development and fostering a safe workplace. Area of coverage includes but not limited to receiving, organising, storage, distribution of stock, equipment care, HACCP, WH&S and workplace tidiness.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Established experience within warehouse operations and automated systems
- Experience in supervising a large and variable workforce
- Understand the practice and working conditions of a HACCP controlled environment
- Passionate in staff engagement, coaching, and team development
- Strong understanding in manual handling technique, risk mitigation and control methods
- Enjoy working in a fast pace environment and strong ability to multitask
- Strong flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster
- ** Forklift competency certificate**
