**The Role**

What you will do each day
- Be the epicentre of the health club and ensure its smooth operation
- Develop and implement strategies to increase member visitations
- Interact with members and provide excellent customer service
- Plan and promote health club events and programs
- Train and supervise health club and front of house staff
- Ensure the health club is clean and well-maintained

The key role for this position is to deliver a range of high quality, appropriate and desirable health and fitness programs for the members and the local community, which includes Coaching Zone and Group Fitness.

You will be excited to be spending most of your time on the gym floor and coaching our members, not stuck in an office or behind a desk

**Skills and Experience**
- Certificate IV in Fitness or higher
- Good knowledge of health club protocols and customer expectations
- Experience in managing conflict resolution and delivery of high level customer service
- Experience in leading a team, managing rosters and employee relations as required
- First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
- CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check
- Computer literacy, familiarity with software packages and point of sale systems
- Fitness Australia (or equivalent) registration
- National Criminal Records Check
