**About the Role**

The Yates Manufacturing team is part of the wider Dulux Group Supply Chain across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Dayshift Team Leader, the purpose of this role is to support production and operations at our manufacturing facility in Wyee, between Lake Macquarie and the Central Coast.

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure and be part of a growing team. Our operators aid department processes, ensuring Safety and Quality are maximized in the process.

**Key responsibilities of this position include**:

- Safely operate manufacturing and packaging equipment and ensure lines are running smoothly.
- Moving of materials, receiving goods and housekeeping.
- Basic trouble shooting, and machine maintenance where required.

**Skills and Experience**
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Ability to stay focused, driven and use initiative.
- Awareness and commitment to workplace safety and sustainability.
- Fit, healthy and able to undertake manual handling of up to 25kg.
- Strong team player yet also able to work autonomously when required.
