Bar Supervisor

We are currently looking for a **Bar Supervisor **to join our venue located in the heart of Bella Vista with waterfront views. This position will suit someone who is looking for a career with a growing national company in a unique atmosphere whilst keeping true to our Italian heritage.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Mixing & serving basic cocktails, spirits, wines & other alcohol as per the menu
- Greeting, interacting & listening to customers to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations and taking drink orders
- Supervising & taking responsibility of the bar area and bar staff
- Selecting & mixing ingredients, garnish glasses and serving beverages to customers
- Maintaining a clean work station and work environment
- Stock management including monitoring, counting & ordering
- Other necessary duties as required

**Must haves**:

- Previous bartending experience
- 1 year minimum of previous supervisory/team leader experience
- Good understanding of mixing cocktails & basic cocktail recipes, adequate wine knowledge
- Valid RSA
- Flexibility with working hours & days
