Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, and highly motivated Fitter/Rack Installer to join the team for a project based in Melbourne. As a Fitter, you will play a crucial role in the installation of our cutting-edge racking systems, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.

**QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a specialist fitter
- Relevant trade qualification (or equivalent work experience)
- Full driving licence, White Card, HRW Licences
- Working at Heights, scissor lift and forklift highly desirable
- Physical ability to effectively perform manual labour

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

The main responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

- Employing advanced techniques in fitting intricate components of shelving systems, adhering to technical specifications and blueprints.
- Interpreting complex drawings, plans, and designs to ensure precise assembly and installation.
- Utilising specialist knowledge and technologies to optimise the performance and durability of racking systems.
- Operating a diverse range of tools, machinery, and equipment, including those required for high-risk tasks.
- Ensuring the structural integrity and functionality of installation by utilising state-of-the-art assembly techniques.
- Complying with Workplace Health & Safety regulations and legislation, demonstrating a commitment to creating a secure working environment for all personnel.
