**Is this role right for you?**
You'll be supporting the Food and Beverage Operations Manager in running the smooth operation of our outlets - ensuring the ultimate guest experience. You'll have the ability to run the operation on the ground to lead Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Services working alongside the C&E team and Kitchen Brigade to deliver best service to our members and guests.

**A day in the life**:
You'll be delivering leadership support to the Food & Beverage team and work with other departments throughout RACV to ensure effective working relationships. You'll ensure that the Food & Beverage operation meets business requirements and delivers a high standard of customer service to RACV members, guests and visitors. You are part of contributing to the Food & Beverage business plans to continue business growth and maintain industry standards.

**We are looking for**:

- Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Duty Manager is ideal
- Industry knowledge of wines and beverages
- Strong leadership skills to achieve a positive working culture
- Conference and Events background is desired
- A hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations
- Proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Sound problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Full working rights in Australia
