**What You Will Be Doing**

The Team Leader, in conjunction with the Team Manager and Consultant Psychiatrist, is responsible for the provision of high-quality clinical leadership, monitoring and evaluation of clinical services to clients, their families and carers. The Team Leader in conjunction with the Team Manager is responsible for ensuring operational outcomes in relation to financial and human resource management, operational targets and key performance indicators.
**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Registered Nurse, Social Worker, OT or Clinical Psychologist with relevant registration
- Post graduate qualification in Mental Health or specialist undergraduate Mental Health program
- Demonstrated leadership experience (For RPNs ONLY)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the mental health field including acute inpatient services and/or community mental health care
- Thorough knowledge of the legal framework for the provision of mental health care including the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022
- Current Victorian Driver’s License

Enterprise Agreement 2016 - 2020 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
