Are you passionate about helping others overcome workplace injuries and illnesses? Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Rehabilitation Coordinators.
- As a Rehabilitation Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation and injury management to our valued employees. Whether it's supporting those who've suffered a workplace injury or aiding individuals facing non-work related illnesses, you'll be at the forefront of guiding them towards a successful return to work.
- Utilising your expertise in workplace injury management and effective partnering, you'll collaborate with business units to ensure injured employees receive the support they need. By aligning rehabilitation efforts with strategic, operational, and performance goals, you'll not only assist individuals in their recovery journey but also contribute to the overall success of our organisation.

**About You**
- You have a degree qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling or other health related field or extensive relevant working experience in a rehabilitation role deemed equivalent and meets NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority requirements for relevant training, skills and experience to perform the role and functions of a RTW Coordinator (Rehabilitation Coordinator.

**Where you'll be Working**

You will be based across the Central Coast working with relevant stakeholders to develop graded return to work plans to facilitate a safe and durable return to work, providing ongoing support through workplace visits, medical case conferences, and access to appropriate resources and services. Your expertise will also extend to providing guidance on legislative entitlements and responsibilities under the Workers Compensation Act, fostering clarity and compliance for all parties involved.
- You will be reporting regularly to management contacts and key stakeholders, you'll provide insights into the current status and strategic goals for individual claims, supported by thorough documentation and medical evidence.
