- a Lead Educator with experience, OR
- an educator who has experience programming and guiding other educators
- A person who is warm and friendly
- Someone who embraces all the fun things about teaching

**Your Qualifications? Any of the following**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Cert III in ECEC who is working toward their Diploma
- ECT degree

**The Role**
- Plan and execute an age appropriate program incorporating spontaneous activities.
- Provide a safe, familiar and stimulating environment for the children.
- Guide and direct your team to deliver outstanding care and standards at all times
- Work with your Director and Educational Leader to be the best room leader you can be
- Develop and nurture strong and trusting relationships with families and the children
- Enjoy being a valued member of our leadership team
