**About the Opportunity**

The Procurement Administrator is to assist in the purchasing of materials and services to support the ASC facility and maintenance activities of Collins Class Submarines.

**This is a 4-month fixed term contract.**

**Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for ensuring materials are available via expedition, resolution of exceptions and ensuring that materials are acceptable with respect to objective quality evidence, as well as maintain data and metrics relating to Supply Chain and Supplier performance. These activities are to be undertaken in accordance with ASC’s procurement strategy, guidelines, policies and procedures.

**About you**

Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain preferred or someone who is currently furthering their education in this field.
- Commitment, drive, organization skills, initiative, and enthusiasm
- Experience and knowledge with use of an MRP systems.
- Advanced interpersonal skills; build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Clear concise and effective written and verbal communications.

**Eligibility**

This role requires a current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearances and approvals.
