**An Opportunity**
Luther College seeks to appoint an experienced Groundsperson who will play a critical role in providing assistance with the maintenance of college grounds, property and building preservation. This is an ongoing, full-time position working 48 weeks per year, commencing as soon as possible.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team and environment in a role that provides scope for growth and professional development.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.15pm and Friday 8.00am - 3.45pm.
**About You**
You are an experienced Groundsperson who is looking for the next step in your developing career. A team player with an enthusiastic attitude and a flexible working approach, you will need to have a passion to learn and expand your skills every day. You are also adept at working to deadlines whilst managing competing demands. You are aware of your impact on all community members and intuitively adjust your style to meet cultural and stakeholder needs.
You will have a keen eye for the finer details, and a desire to learn through hands on experience in the role. Experience working in an educational setting is highly desirable, but not essential.
