We are currently seeking two compassionate female support workers with hoist training and a Certificate 3 qualification. The primary responsibility will be to assist Dorothy in transitioning from her bed to her chair, along with providing essential personal care assistance.

**Work Schedule**:

- Thursday: 11 am to 12:30 pm
- Friday: 11 am to 12:30 pm

**Note: Timing can be adjusted based on your availability, as long as it falls within the morning hours.**

**Position**:Independent Support Worker
**Hours**:1 hour 30 minutes, 2 times a week

**Qualifications**:

- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Current Police Check
- Relevant Qualifications (e.g., Cert 3 in Disability Support, Community Services, or similar)

**Key Responsibilities**:
As an Independent Support Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Daily Living Activities: Assist the individual in daily living activities, promoting independence and wellbeing.
- Personal Care: Provide personal care as needed, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
- Anger Management Assistance: Support the individual in managing and coping with challenges related to anger management.
- Social Activities: Facilitate and participate in various social activities, promoting community engagement and social connections.

**Requirements**:

- Genuine passion for providing care and support to individuals facing challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond to the individual's unique needs.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to the scheduled hours.

**Location**:Balgowlah Heights, NSW
