The Groove Train - **North Lakes **is looking for experienced and customer focused **waitstaff **to join our team. Minimum 3 years’ experience required.

The Groove Train is an iconic brand with over 20 restaurants across Australia.

Positions available are casual, part time and full time.

This roll comes with the ability to upskill and cross train. We embrace ambition and strive to support you in reaching your maximum potential through supportive teams, career paths and brand growth.

**Qualifications & experience**
- 3 years relevant experience.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- The ability to work in Australia.
- A passion for developing new skills.
- Ability to engage with the customer and prioritise their experience.
- Current RSA.
- Flexibility to work a mixture of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- An outgoing and enthusiastic team player with a personable nature.
- The ability to remain calm and can work well under pressure.

Tasks & Responsibilities _include but not limited to_
- Receive orders and deliver food and beverages in line with The Groove Train professional standards.
- Build a friendly rapport with customers.
- Set up and maintain service stations.
- Learn menu and correctly recommend items.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working under pressure with a sense of urgency and good communication.
- Comply with workplace polices, safe work and position training guidelines.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Work as a positive and friendly team member in a harmonious and helpful environment.

The Groove Train Restaurant, Bar & Café started on the streets of Richmond, Melbourne in 1998. It delivers flavourful, bold dishes and appeals to groups of friends that come for the food but linger over drinks and conversation. We are passionate about our level of warm customer service. Today there are over 20 Groove Train restaurants across WA, QLD, NT & VIC with more new stores in the design phase.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
