**What You’ll Do**:
**Own the end-to-end recruitment process** for locum and temporary dental professionals.
**Develop and nurture talent pools** to meet short-term and long-term business needs.
**Leverage technology & data** to drive efficient hiring and improve time-to-fill metrics.
**Collaborate with internal stakeholders** to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning.
**Ensure compliance** with industry standards, visa regulations, and workforce requirements.
**Qualifications** What You Bring**:
✔ Proven experience in **talent acquisition or recruitment**, preferably in **healthcare, dental, or locum staffing**.
✔ Ability to **work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment** while maintaining quality.
✔ Strong **stakeholder engagement** skills, with a consultative and solutions-driven approach.
✔ Familiarity with **ATS platforms** (SmartRecruiters preferred) and recruitment marketing techniques.
