**The Role**
Our client has positions available for immediate start, with opportunities for Senior Medical Practitioners for General and Emergency Medicine placements across three locations.

As a Senior Medical Practitioner, you will
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team throughout the health services.
- Manage patients in consultant with the Director of Medical services.
- Provide leadership, training, supervision and education for Doctors in Training in consultation with Specialists and senior staff.
- Attend to patients in ED and those admitted as inpatients in General Wards and work cooperatively with medical staff in other departments in the management of all patients.

**The Hospital**
The Coastal region in the Southwest has three hospitals which service all of the local communities from Busselton through to Augusta. The largest of the services and provides support to the smaller sites with maternity, rehabilitation, medical imaging, pathwest and elective surgery available on site. Allied Health is also available at each site. All sites provide emergency department services, with the smaller sites supported with the Emergency Telehealth Service (ETS) as required

**The Requirements**
- Eligible for registration by the Medical Board of Australia.
- Substantial experience as a Medical Practitioner in general practice, general medicine and/or emergency medicine.
- Relevant skills and experience to work in rural and remote WA as an independent senior practitioner.
