So then, what exactly would you be doing?

Advantage Air have a unique onboarding process which allows you to delve deep into our whole operation Our ‘Bootcamp’ goes for 8-12 weeks and gives you the opportunity to work across all departments, allowing for a deep understanding of who we are as a company whilst also highlighting any areas of interest for you.

These areas include:

- Spending time within our manufacturing departments learning how to manufacture and assemble our products
- Working in our warehouse, picking and checking jobs that that have been ordered, preparing them for dispatch
- Working in our Office team, spending time across dispatch, customer service, orders and invoicing
- Spending time on the road with our service team, fault-finding and solving problems for our customers
- Learning from our Sales team about our approach to selling and what separates us from others in the industry
