DDH1 Drilling are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR professional individual to join our Human Resources Team as a Trainee Recruiter, focussing on recruitment within the company.

We are seeking applicants that have the right attitude, self-motivated, resilient, hardworking, reliable, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn that are currently working in a graduate role or similar in human resources.

**About the Role**

You will receive coaching and guidance to help develop your career, from people within the business.

Your role will be autonomous, shape your day how you see fit You will be given a level of responsibility where you can make an impact.

Primary role:

- Drafting and posting job advertisements from our recruitment platform Livehire
- Resume screening based on skill/competence criteria
- Conducting Face to face and Microsoft Teams interviews

**What you will bring**:

- A passion and desire for pursuing a career within the Human Resources in the Drilling Industry
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality in all matters
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Right attitude, self-motivated, resilient, hardworking, reliable, respectful, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
