Are you an experienced retail professional with a passion for leadership? We’re seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to oversee our Bottlemart Drive Thru and Detached Bottleshop operations in Dalby. **About the Role**:
As the Retail Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of both our Bottlemart Drive Thru and Detached Bottleshop. You’ll lead by example, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales to achieve business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of retail attendants, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with all liquor licensing regulations.
- Drive sales and profitability through excellent customer service and strategic planning.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, implementing improvements where needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the liquor or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Knowledge of liquor products and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
