We’re looking for a **Customer Service Agent** to join our vibrant support center, where every day brings new challenges and exciting opportunities to grow.

At our **rapidly expanding international company**, we’re passionate about delivering outstanding service and we do it all in English.

That means all customer interactions and internal communications are 100% in English, so a **high level of written and spoken English** is essential.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide high-quality **written support** to merchants and end customers, no phone calls, just smart, thoughtful messaging.
- Use **logic, empathy, and efficiency** to meet performance goals and deliver excellent service.
- ** Identify and escalate** urgent issues to your Team Leader to ensure smooth operations.
- Share ideas and feedback to help improve team processes and the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent English** - both written and spoken, is a must.
- Clear, kind, and concise communication skills.
