Operating from Mulgrave, they are currently seeking Data Entry personnel to join their Team in a full-time capacity, on a permanent basis.
**Your new role**
To achieve the company mission of double-digit growth through outstanding customer service in every dealing with internal and external customers, you will liaise with customers, and the field sales engineers to provide non-technical support and efficient service of products and services. Other responsibilities will include:
- Process orders into BaaN, Order tracking and Portal Maintenance.
- Enter and update relevant customer information into the CRM and BaaN, keeping records up to date and forwarding information to the appropriate Sales Engineer/Sales Manager.
- Report all customer complaints and service requirements to the Service Centre L1 Coordinator in a timely and efficient manner to minimise customer dissatisfaction.
- Database maintenance in Salesforce and BaaN.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in obtaining this opportunity, you will have a willingness to learn, proven work ethic and preferably experience in administration or customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and prioritise in terms of importance or urgency with a high degree of accuracy.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work individually and in a team environment.
- The ability to relate well to people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
- Seeking to assist colleagues in achieving their objectives, team objectives and those of the company as a whole.
- A demonstrated example for the other members in the company, both in terms of personal conduct and professional attitude.
