Parts Interpreting Apprentice

WPC Group are sourcing for a well known dealership located in **Nunawading** and we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a **Parts Interpreting Apprentice.**

As an apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying and sourcing the right automotive parts for their needs. You will work closely with our experienced parts interpreters to learn the ins and outs of the automotive industry and gain hands-on experience in parts interpretation and customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the right automotive parts for their needs
- Learn to use our inventory management system to locate parts and place orders
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Work closely with experienced parts interpreters to learn the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the role
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Requirements**:

- A strong interest in the automotive industry and a desire to learn about automotive parts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A willingness to learn and take direction from experienced parts interpreters
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn to use inventory management software
