**About the opportunity**

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Commercial Pricing and Analysis, this role plays a key part in supporting the effective execution of audit and payment operations. You’ll contribute to compliance efforts, audit remediation, and continuous improvement of payment processes across the business.

As **Compliance & Payments Analyst**, you will work closely with the Compliance & Payments Manager to help drive risk mitigation and governance outcomes. You’ll also collaborate with the Commercial & Pricing Analyst to ensure financial accuracy aligns with strategic commercial goals.
- This role can be based from Melbourne or Sydney._

**What you’ll deliver with us**
- Work with the Compliance & Payments Manager to identify audit findings, compliance gaps, or outdated policies.
- Support the development of structured remediation plans with clear ownership, timelines, and actions.
- Ensure plans are aligned with audit expectations and endorsed by accountable GMs.
- Conduct regular policy reviews (e.g. invoice approval thresholds, payment protocols).
- Work closely with the Commercial & Pricing Analyst to ensure project designs consider pricing structure, payment terms, and financial flows.
- Collaborate with the Commercial & Pricing Analyst to identify and resolve billing or invoice discrepancies.

**You’ll also need**
- Proven experience in developing and managing audit processes and report delivery.
- Proven experience gathering, reviewing, conducting and supervising, audit information gathering and interview response management.
- Preparing recommendations and corrective measures relating compliance, risk and audit related functions
- Working knowledge of technical data management across complex interdependent systems.
