We’re looking for a skilled cocktail bartender with previous experience to join our fast-paced team at Sixes & Sevens

The role requires availability on Friday and Saturday evenings, with shifts typically running 8-10 hours. Strong cocktail knowledge and the ability to thrive in a busy, high-energy bar environment are essential.

Please note that while Sixes closes at midnight, Friday and Saturday shifts usually finish between 1:00-1:30am, and by 12:00am on other nights.

We pay weekly in line with the Hospitality Industry Award - with higher hourly rates after 7pm Monday to Friday, on Saturdays, and even more on Sundays.

Pay: Up to $32.23 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
