An exciting opportunity exists to join Western Health as Administration Assistant for the Division of Allied Health. The role supports the Allied Health Team by providing effective and efficient office systems, data systems and administrative support. The role is permanent and up to full-time hours are available.
The Administration Assistant for Allied Health will manage a service that consists of a cohesive, well organised and efficient administration and data support service. The Administration Assistant for Allied Health will work with Allied Health Clinicians, Allied Health Strategy Planning Innovation, Research and Education (ASPIRE) team, Allied Health Director and other Service Managers to ensure that Allied Health are well supported with administration and data duties.
To be Successful in this Role you will have:
- Experience in a medical or hospital administration team in similar organisation
- Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritise and organise self and others effectively
- Effective business user of M/S Office suite and electronic medical record
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent time management skills
- High levels of tact and discretion when dealing with multiple contacts and potentially sensitive and confidential matters
- A passion for customer service
