**About the Role**:

- We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated _**FEMALE**_**NDIS Support Worker** who is fluent in **Singhalese** to join our growing team. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants to help them achieve their goals and live independently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily living assistance (personal care, meal prep, household tasks)
- Support clients in community participation and recreational activities
- Assist with transport to appointments and social outings
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and support coordinators

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Singhalese (spoken and written) - essential**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar support role
- Understanding of the NDIS and person-centred care
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $35.50 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

**Benefits**:
