**Key Responsibilities**
- Must have PEG feeding and Manual handling qualifications and experience.
- Provide one-on-one support aligned with personalised care plans
- Assist with **personal care, domestic tasks, meal prep, transport, and social/recreational activities**:

- Develop clients’ living, employment, and life skills through goal-oriented support
- Facilitate community access and group participation
- Promote client independence, choice, and decision-making
- Maintain accurate records using digital systems

**Essential Requirements**
- **Cert III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services, PEG Feeding and Manual handling**:

- Minimum **6 months’ experience** supporting people with disabilities
- **Valid**: Driver’s Licence + Reliable/Insured Vehicle + Smartphone
- **Current Checks**: WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid Certificate
- **NDIS Modules**: Completed Worker Orientation + Infection Prevention Control training
- **Skills**: Empathy, adaptability, conflict resolution, and tech proficiency (Microsoft Office)

Pay: $29.00 - $39.00 per hour
