Client Delivery Manager

**About the role**:
The Client Delivery Manager role will work closely with multiple 10x teams, particularly across Product & Engineering and with our external clients, to focus on both client relationships and plan execution to deliver value against defined business objectives. The role will involve working with relevant agile tools and techniques to support the Client teams in removing obstacles and blockers in the delivery of Client commitments. The role will also involve supporting Client teams to track progress and proactively assist in managing risks and issues. In addition, this role is key in helping Client teams track the delivery of new capabilities in support of Client programmes.
**About you**:
You are collaborative and self-motivated with extensive experience as a Client Delivery Manager working in an agile environment. You have a working knowledge of a variety of agile tools and techniques and have a proven ability to support Client teams being successful in delivering value against the agreed roadmap. You are a confident communicator and stakeholder manager who can maintain a quality output whilst working in a fast-paced environment. You are also a naturally inquisitive problem solver with a high attention to detail.
**Key responsibilities of the role...**:
- Maintaining and tracking progress of Client roadmaps, helping Client teams monitor the delivery of capabilities
- Helping the Client teams define and maintain the Client Framework Process to operate as part of Pre-Sales, PoC, Mobilisation and Delivery Phases
- Driving the delivery of key capabilities within 10x to support Client deliverables by creating and managing plans
- Shaping the Client Engagement blueprint in Confluence
- Providing information and support to enable Client teams to identify and manage risk, issues and dependencies across the Client roadmap
- Working closely with Product Operations Analysts to manage changes to the Client roadmap ensuring they are actioned in a timely manner and governed and communicated through established channels
- Working with Client teams to track and manage defects as part of the delivery phase
- Support Client teams in shaping and defining the standards and best practice for Client Engagement and Delivery
**Requirements**:
**Ideally you will have**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Managed and influenced a diverse range of stakeholders, both internally and within client teams
- Facilitated meetings and forums which drive outcomes and value to the business and clients
- A keen interest in analytics and raw data and the ability to produce MI which provides valuable insight to inform decision making
- Defined and documented processes using common tools and standard methodologies
- Worked within an outcome-focused agile technology environment and applied Agile principles in practice
- Experience of developing and maintaining plans
- Advanced skills in using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Created and managed document libraries in SharePoint / OneDrive
