**THE COMPANY**

We are a gold explorer and producer (ASX: OBM) that is uniquely positioned to further unlock the potential of our 1200km2 land holding in the highly productive Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. Our Davyhurst operations is located just 120 km north-west of Kalgoorlie. We have a total mineral resource inventory of 2.00 Moz at an average grade of 2.5 g/t Au, and defined mineral reserves of 276koz at 1.9 g/t Au. Our tenements are also highly prospective for Nickel, Copper and Lithium.

**THE ROLE**

Key responsibilities;
- Ensure all machinery is maintained and operated safely
- Complete all safety and quality documentation as per site requirements
- Contribute to pre-start and team discussions, help build a positive team environment
- Operate all machinery in line with daily mining and targets required including the use of Dump Trucks, dozers, graders, front end loaders, water carts and excavators
- Equipment pre-and post-operational inspections and reports
- Work closely with all equipment operators as required
- 100% compliance to the Traffic Management Plan
- Maintain the site in a safe and clean condition
- Communicate road conditions as required, ensuring safe road conditions are maintained
- Any other duties as required

**ABOUT YOU**
To be considered for the role, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Experience within mining environments
- Previous All Round operator experience in an open pit environment, particularly production gold mining experience
- Demonstrated experience operating all machinery as listed below
- 3 years minimum experience on machines
- A minimum of a C class driver’s licence, HR or higher preferable

You will have experience operating the following:

- CAT 777 water cart
- Komatsu PC1250 Excavators
- CAT D10 Dozers
- CAT M series Grader
- Komatsu WA600 Wheel loader
- CAT 785 and Komatsu 785 Dump truck
