We are a team of enthusiasm dedicated to designing and marketing, distributing apparel and accessories which successfully selling domestically and internationally to major department, marketplace, and online stores. Our business has seen a rapid growth in the last a few years, and we are looking for a passionate System Analyst to join our outstanding fast-growing team.

Reporting to General Manager, this is a **6-Month Contract Role** with a view to turn into permanent full-time position. the primary purpose of the role will be to gather information and conduct data and system analysis to intergrade, maintain and improve our logistics operations across multi international locations warehousing, inventory, transport and budgets. You will also need to have the stamina to work in a fast-paced retail-based environment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be responsible for analysing and optimising our global supply chain operations.
- Perform system integrations between Inventory management (Cin7), Shopify, EDI, and multiple marketplaces.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement best practices for multiple business units.
- Perform inventory and sales reports and allocation of transfer between different locations and production.
- Support the 3PL business unit to ensure the business has detailed and accurate data presented.
- This role requires a strong analytical mindset, system savvy skillset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform fact-based, data driven analysis, and modelling on significant amounts of data across end-to-end logistics to turn into actionable items.
- Conduct weekly and monthly reporting, data preparation for budgeting & re-forecasting.
- Align budget requirements to line-item cost analysis.
- Evaluate vendor operations (e.g. freight forwarders and warehouse partner) according to quality standards.
- Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance.

**TO BE SUCESSFUL**:

- 5+ years’ experience in supply chain data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced Excel skill, knowledge of Shopify, Cin7, EDI.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and modelling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in supply chain software, and competency using multiple systems.
- Familiarity with supply chain best practices and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Leadership skills to drive change, negotiate and seek support.
