**The Department**
SBS Technology can be thought of as the 'engine room' of SBS. Our primary role is to enable and support the production, distribution, and transmission of content across television, radio, and online platforms. Our teams achieve this by working collaboratively to design innovative solutions and deliver end-to-end services for our business stakeholders.
**The Role**
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a well-rounded individual to join our team.
- Performing analysis on workflows
- Performing system testing, upgrades and solution implementation
- Documenting and communicating the results of your findings to users and vendors
- Proactively monitoring systems and providing appropriate fixes
- Troubleshoot problems with audio/video hardware, storage, and network
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the team.
- Contribute to planning and support of other staff within the Application support team.
- Active engagement with SBS internal stakeholders and external technical support teams
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives and support our Code of Conduct.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and service level fulfillment, as per SBS KPIs
**About you**
- Advanced technical skills with Knowledge of Network (TCP/IP), Database (SQL), Storage.
- Excellent documentation skills, and communicating the results of your findings
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Video / Broadcast / Media or File-based video/audio formats.
