**About the role**
The Principal Platform Consultant provides strategic and technical leadership across Adobe Experience Cloud platforms, including AEP, Target, and Analytics. Working with delivery and product leads, this role shapes the platform roadmap, ensures scalable and secure solutions, and drives data-driven, personalised customer experiences. With deep Adobe expertise, you’ll guide best practices in customer data, activation, testing, and analytics, while mentoring teams and promoting continuous improvement across the digital ecosystem.
**What you'll do**
- Lead strategy and architecture for Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, Target, Analytics) to deliver scalable, secure solutions
- Shape platform vision with business leaders to enable personalised, data-driven experiences
- Oversee delivery and enhancement of Adobe capabilities including real-time profiles and activation
- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and support data governance
- Champion platform guardrails for personalisation, testing, and analytics
- Mentor teams and build capability in real-time data and digital marketing maturity
**What you'll bring**
- 5+ years’ experience delivering digital projects and transformation in Agile and hybrid environments
- Proven background in designing and implementing enterprise-scale digital platform solutions
- Proficient in JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar languages to support Adobe Experience Cloud
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and experience enabling API-based integrations
- Skilled at translating business needs into scalable Adobe platform solutions
- Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, Target, Analytics) design and optimisation
