**We are looking for**:
**Disability Support Worker**

We are searching for an experienced Disability Support Worker, one who is flexible, reliable and innovative in their approach. Qualified and successful applicants must be driven and passionate in delivering Person-Centered Support in order to achieve meaningful outcomes for our NDIS participants.

**Tasks for this role include**:

- In-Home or Outdoor Daily Exercise Activities
- Personal Cares
- Personal Domestic Supports: General housework, Cooking and Cleaning
- Yard Maintenance
- Documentation and Reporting
- Community Access
- Respite
- Skills Development and Training

**Employment Requirements**:

- Certificates and qualifications (including transcripts)
- First Aid, CPR, manual handling and job ready training certificates
- Police check
- Working with children's check
- Valid ID
- Passport/Visa
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- NDIS Supporting Effective Communication Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
