**About The Role**:
**We at InfraBuild**would like to invite recent or soon-to-be graduates to take part in our 2026 Graduate Program as a **Graduate Health and Safety Advisor**based in Newcastle.

Real Work with Real Outcomes - Starting in January 2026, our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through fundamental tasks and meaningful work. Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.

The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units. This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.

As a Graduate health and Safety Advisor, you will have the opportunity to
- Drive projects to identify and mitigate risks across operations.
- Improve and enhance onsite safety procedures for a secure workplace.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance - Stay updated on safety regulations and enforce compliance.
- Integrate environmental considerations into safety practices.
- Cultivate Safety-Conscious Culture: Advocate for safety awareness and accountability at all levels.

Eligibility Criteria:

- A genuine passion for Safety within the operational context of steel manufacturing and distribution.
- Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights.
- Completion of a tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2025), ideally Health and Safety or similar.
- Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience.
